Returns Policy

It is important you receive an item that meets your expectations so if you are not sure before purchasing from this website please contact us to discuss and we will help you with your selection. If you change your mind and are seeking an exchange, refund or credit for a stock return, please send the goods back in their original condition, unopened within 7 days of the items being delivered. The freight will be at the purchaser's expense. Returns after 7 days and before 28 days will receive a store credit.

Damaged/Faulty Items

We always aim to ensure all purchases are in good condition when packed and posted. In the unlikely event you do receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us within 7 days of receipt and a refund will be available in the instance of all major faults/defects as per Australian Consumer Law. Should you receive damaged stock generally ask you to email a photograph of the item and packaging on arrival for our review. Once approved an R.A. number will be provided along with confirmation of the address to return to.

To return an order please make sure it is securely packaged and sent to the following address. We will contact you once the goods have arrived. Delivery with a signature option is preferred.

Currency & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars AUD and include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Orders & Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 2 working days of receiving your payment. We aim for delivery within 4-7 working days depending on the delivery option selected and your location. Remote country areas might take longer. Goods are delivered by Australia Post and Sendle Australia via their standard delivery options unless you have paid for an express delivery.

The results obtained by our test kits should act as a guide only. Neither Allora Corporation, its distributor or the manufacturer will accept any liability for any loss or injury sustained arising directly or indirectly as a result of any reliance placed on the results obtained. If you find that your test has indicated an abnormal result, please seek further advice from your local council or water board.

The test kits sold on this website provides you with test results only when used in accordance to the instructions provided.
