About Us

At Allora Water Testing Kits, we have been passionate about our Australian drinking water quality for more than 10 years.

We started this business several years after finding that our family was suffering an illness due to poor drinking water which our local environment had contaminated for several years.

After spending quite a bit of money on getting tests done, we asked our local plumber about the problem. They suggested using a basic water test kit but testing in many locations over a long time. This helped us detect the problem and its location, which prompted us to have our water professionally tested again but in the right location, pinpointing the issue. They were able to provide us with the right advice. After several months of rectifying the issue, we no longer suffered from the odd unexplained illnesses.

Thinking back to the whole process from the initial tests, we found the whole experience a complete mess when asking others for help. At this stage asked a few international manufacturers about testing kits and they were able to help our range of test kits which were tested locally. Our local community got involved in helping with testing, and the results were positive.

A few years later, with the assistance of international specialists in the water testing, we put together the first water test kit to test 14 parameters. Since then, we continue to improve the testing range and procedure of each test kit.

With the knowledge that we have accumulated, we continue to look it new cost-effective solutions to ensure that we can all the ability to do preliminary tests of our drinking water without worrying about spending thousands on getting a professional out many times to detect the problem.
